This is a post especially for Julia because I'm bad at answering her questions about the arrival of baby Nelson.........I am due on the 24th of May......34 days to be exact....I'm sure that the baby won't come early or on time as I have a habit of going late. My first was the only one that came on time!!! We have no idea as to what gender baby is. The kids are certain it is going to be a boy......I am trying to tell them that we have a good chance at getting a girl too!!! They don't seem to believe me that we don't get to pick. I had my checkup last night......measuring where I should be.....gaining weight .....on my way to another big baby no doubt!!!! We are slowly getting things ready around the house. I've been having some nice pains so I've been told to lay a little low for the next week. Once I hit 36 weeks it's fair game to go into labour......
Jeff is going away in less then a month......getting excited for him and his Dad. It's going to be a fun weekend away. Hopefully the weather will be warm and sunny for them. I was looking forward to a break at mom's but now I have kitty duty and will be going back and forth that weekend. Karen is going to crash here one night just incase a baby wants to come!!! I don't know if she'll be able to drive with that kind of excitement but my friend down the street has volunteered to be on standby for shuttle duty!!!!! I can hear Sarah and Jacob laughing and I know that they are jumping on beds again. I must go and spoil the fun.......I would post a picture of my gigantic belly except I don't have one......maybe I'll get one taken sometime.....

thanks for the post. i think it's funny when the doctors tell an already mum of 3 to lay low! is if thats even possible!
so the kids all think its a boy? to even things out? have you done any of the old "tests" to see what you're having. you know, like, if you hold a penny on a rope over your belly and it goes in circles, its a girl, and if it swings back and forth its a boy? i am totally going to do all that, and then spoil the suprise by going to pay money to find out...sneaky sneaky!
