I have returned........

Wow!!! I know that I have been slacking on the blog but I just can't seem to find the time to update this thing. I guess I'm going to need to schedule it into my life.

September brought change to our house as school went back in and Sarah started this year. It is so peaceful in the day with them gone and Jacob doesn't seem to mind them gone. I think he enjoys having his run of the house while Georgia is small and doesn't do anything. Jessica is in Grade 1 this year and has enjoyed getting back to all her friends. Sarah is in Grade Primary and seems to enjoy it so far. She doesn't say too much but gets excited about different things they do in class. I'm getting used to all the walking back and forth and can't say that I missed that. Our good friends that we walk with every day are moving sometime in the next few weeks to NB so our walks are going to get lonely and I'm going to miss my friend Lori alot. Her and I have become good friends since they moved on our street a few years ago and the phone just won't be the same!!! She has been my right hand with my kids when it comes to needing help and I guess I'll be getting them to school now when I'm sick and all. We are looking forward to the road trips to visit them in their new house when they have one.

Our back to school breakfast.....

September brought another birthday to our house for Sarah. She gets so frustrated waiting for her birthday to come but was very happy when it did arrive. We made cupcakes for her to take to school to share with all the kids in her class. On her actual birthday ( September 8 th)our friends Kristi and Matt had their baby boy.......congrats you guys!!! He is gorgeous!!! If only I could have my babies early.....hope it works that way everytime!!! We did our usual birthday lunch at a restaurant. Sarah chose to go to East Side Mario's. It was an okay experience......our waitress really stunk and they didn't even sing to her. We had to tell her they must not do that anymore. We won't go back to that one for another birthday, we'll drive the extra distance to Bayer's Lake next time. We had family over that night for cake and ice-cream......always so delicious as I now get Superstore to make the cakes. They do such a beautiful job. It was a quiet party as Jacob crashed in the basement and Jessica was at a friend's party so Sarah got to enjoy opening all her nice things by herself.

Waiting for lunch.....

Opening some presents......

One of her favorite movies.....Cinderella 3

Her beautiful and delicious birthday cake....

Making her wish....... I can just guess what that is!!

The second week of September was another busy one as well. We started out with Georgia's 3 month checkup. She is up to 12 lbs 4 oz and is 26 inc. long. She is still at the top of the charts and I'm sure will continue to climb. She is starting to get such a personality. She loves to smile and laugh these days. She is drooling like a running faucet and we are just waiting for some teeth to pop through.......hopefully they'll come sooner then later to put her out of her misery. The oldest girls started back up in gymnastics......same class.....different badges they are working towards. So far so good......they have had 2 classes and both seem to be doing really well and they both enjoy it!!! Then we ended our week with a birthday with some of Sarah's church friends. Auntie Karen came and helped us out which was fun. We decorated hats and treat bags......played games...opened presents.....had some food and cake and ended the party with a PINATA!!! The kids loved that and got alot of candy to take home (sorry parents) but it was fun!!!

Our 3 month old full of smiles.....

Sarah and Madison......she was so glad she could come!!

Playing some "Hot Potato"

The whole gang pausing for a picture.....

Opening up her presents....

Blowing out the candles.....

We are now starting to look towards October. My parents came back from a trip to the US and brought Georgia home a BUMBO seat. I had found out they were $20 cheaper there and with the dollar so close is was a deal not to miss. She loves sitting in it and it has become a life saver as I can get a few more things accomplished before she wants to be picked up again. I think at her young age she already know you need to fight for your spot around here. We are hoping to hit Keji on the Thanksgiving weekend for one last camping trip of the season. Hopefully the weather will co-operate. Jeff is still trying to get out kayaking but has been busy with work. He is enjoying the new kayak......I got to go out one night and test his mom's out and it was lots of fun!!! I like it alot better then the canoe with 4 kids. I will try to be better at posting......Georgia is getting her needles this week.......not going to be a fun day and it's almost time for her 4 month weigh in as the 30th approaches. How time flies!!! Hopefully I haven't forgotten much.....I guess it wouldn't be so hard to post if I didn't wait so long. Enjoy all the pictures!!!

Baking some cookies.....yum!!

Jacob measuring out some flour

Oh yah.....that reminds me......Jacob has decided that he likes "big boy underwear" and has been doing really well at going potty in they day. We still put the pull-up on at night but there is hope he will be fully trained soon.......we'll keep you posted on that accomplishment.....might have to have some cake or something to celebrate!!

I got one of those chairs for Tate too, and I had my mom bring it out. We've gotta take advantage of those US deals while we can!! With the $$ the way it is they need to start lowering some of the prices out here you'd think! Those chairs are great though aren't they! They look so cute and funny in them!! Cute pictures!
