To my computer......
I really want to update my blog but for some reason you are making my life miserable. I dare to say you are on the verge of being replaced forever. All I want is to download my pictures from my camera onto you and for some reason you won't recognize anything that will help me do this. Are you mad because I gave you a new version of Norton??? I was trying to help you from getting sick......please tell me how to fix you......people would love to see updates......cause it sucks when the posts are outdated.

PS- I'm coming back.....I promise. My computer isn't recognizing anything to do with my camera right now....not the camera not the EOS Utility. Does anyone out there know how to fix this?? We are on the verge of getting something NEW.......this is too frustrating......oh yah, did I mention it's on both our computers that it won't work......but it works on my moms......UGH!!!!!

Very weird... did you try uninstalling it and then re-installing it... so random that it stopped working...may I suggest a MAC if you do think to replace... they are WONDERFUL!
I have to go with Karen on this one. Get a MAC! Love them and they return the love.
