This was Jessica's 3rd year in the festival. She has always done well every year and is very competitive going in and always aims to place well. This year she was playing 2 different pieces and to be honest I was a nervous wreck. They were hard pieces to play and she had to memorize both of them. Luckily for her she has a great ear for music and has no problems memorizing. She placed 3rd in both groups that she played in and I was quite proud as they are groups of 8 and 9 kids. She is quite happy and can't wait to take her certificates in for show and tell. She played both pieces beautifully!!! Way to go Jessica!!!!
