Hello 2012 and hopefully the start of many blog posts. As the year goes on blogging will become more important to me as our family will embark on a new adventure together, where to you ask?? We don't know that yet but we have thought long and hard about what is best for our family and that involves saying goodbye to self employment and everything we know and love here at home. It's going to be great......if you don't know all the details you'll just have to write and ask me about it as I don't think I'm supposed to put much info out here for the world to see. It's exciting though and the journey starts in 28 days......EEK!!!
So back to my blog post........we have some of the greatest friends who sadly live 4+hours away from us and we don't get to see them as much as we would like too.......especially since they used to live only 12 houses away. Lori is one of my best friends and our kids love when they do get to hang out. The other week she asked me if it would be okay for Keegan to send his "Flat Keegan" to Jacob over the holidays. I thought it would be fun so of course I said yes. A few days after Christmas an envelope arrived in the mail.....I expected "Flat Keegan" to be as tall as a regular piece of paper, because that's how big "Flat Stanley" had always been.......but to my surprise he was a LIFE SIZE Flat Keegan. We have had fun this past week being creative with our friend, especially since we haven't gone too far.......we've even texted some of the fun back and forth to NB......so this post is for you Keegan......look at the fun we've been having.....we will send you some real copies and a letter in the mail soon!!!!
