I have just not been able to get excited about blogging these past few months. I'm really enjoying our new adventure out west but sometimes writing all about it just makes me sad to be so far away from family. We had a good Halloween in October aside from the nasty flu that struck. Nothing too exciting happened in November and December was Christmas crazies with a new "baby"on top of everyday life, Jeff's busy schedule with work and being called as the new branch president. Lots of change!!
Daisy came into our lives on December 21st as our little foster puppy. She was only 2.4 kg so she was super tiny. The first couple nights were rough as we went through the deworming phase and trying to get into routine and house training. I was ready to go nuts! We couldn't have asked for a sweeter puppy then her. The kids just adored her and she loved the attention and loved to cuddle with them. Her and Scout had a love/hate relationship and she was just too little to play with him unsupervised. She was adopted yesterday and it's been kinda sad for me. In my heart she wasn't right for our family but I still feel like I gave away part of my family.....LOL. She has gone to a home with 3 kids and a farm. I'm sure she will have lots of love and attention. We will cherish the time we had her in our home and all the fun times we had with her. Scout is enjoying being king of the house again....
Daisy out playing catch....
Georgia misses the little lady and is already working on another dog.....
Our fur-baby is getting so big.....he weighs more then Cooper at 5 months
