I am excited.....this will be the longest week of my life......I am back to the doctor's on Friday for my LAST prenatal appointment.....or so she tells me. The plan is to go in for my checkup and then book a visit to the 7th floor and then hopefully sometime Saturday I will be having a baby on the 3rd floor, and my doctor is even working this weekend so she should be there to catch baby. Personally, I think she is curious to see how big baby is so she won't induce me until then....hard to believe that I'm actually getting a baby early. Any guesses on size???? Jake was 3 days late and was 11'4......Georgia was 6 days late and 10'9......Jessica was on time and was 9'9 and Sarah was 7 days late and tipped the scales at 9'1.......kinda all over the place......and just for a little food for thought baby was 5'12 at 33 weeks......I will be delivering at around 38.5 weeks.....I'm curious to see if anyone can guess right.....I personally don't know, but will be shocked if it is smaller then 9 lbs.....
Other then the baby news, not much going on.....Jeff is now working like crazy on the office as we are down to crunch time. We are really considering buying another crib as I don't want to take Georgia out of her's yet(plus it might not survive being put back together). She naps and sleeps too well to cut that out!!! We have found a gorgeous one and now it's just down to whether or not we want to spend the money......it will be a long term investment as it is a 3-1 bed and is solid wood, none of the cheapo press board stuff.......ugh.....I hate decisions that involve spending money.....I like keeping it in my pocket instead. This week is also our 9 year wedding anniversary.....WOW!!!! Hard to believe we've been married that long....and together another year on top of it!!!! We aren't really sure what are plans are, nothing too exciting as my mobility gets worse and worse by the day. I'm off to get kiddies in bed.....we will keep you posted on baby's arrival......can't wait to see the size guesses.....maybe I'll even make a treat for the winner.....if you live far away you'll have to come visit to get it:)

I'm thinking it may be a surprise weight and be right at 9 lbs. We got Karington a three in one crib and it is so nice, it weighs a tonne though (being solid and all) but is super pretty. Can't wait to see how big the baby will be!!
Okay, I'm gonna gues 9-3, I'm really excited that you'll have a baby by Saturday, cuz we'll be there to see it and all, I told you I'd be all over making sure you'd have a baby while we were there.....YEAH!!!!!
I'm guessing 8 pounds 13 ounces! you must be so relieved to be able to get this over with sooner rather than later! I can't wait to see the baby pics!

Regarding the crib thing; you could always just use a pack n play or bassinet for the first couple of months. I don't know how long you are planning on keeping Georgia in a crib, but that may help you keep your money in your pocket as you said.

We'll be there with you on Saturday. Friday is no good since we have Emily's sealing to go to, so don't mess up my schedule, lol! I'm going to guess that "you know who" will weigh 10lbs 2oz. You still owe me lunch at Kababji's so that doesn't count.

also, i say go for the crib. we got lyla a 3 in 1 and i think it's a good investment. like sonjas, it's super heavy, but totally worth the "prettiness" of it all.

I'm guessing 9lb 14oz. I think the crib will be a good investment. Mine is a four in one and I'll for sure be using it to it's full potential!

My guess is 8lbs 9ozs. Can't wait to see pictures of this little one. Take care of yourself, and try to relax a bit before this one arrives!! I bought Jaxson a new crib, its a 3 in 1 too, and I love it. I have a pack and play for our new bundle, so I hope it all works out. Wish I were there. :(

I'm guessing 8'12". Good luck. I like Liz's suggestion about a pack-n-play or a bassinet. I had Damon in a bassinet for nearly 5 months and it worked really real.

ummmm.... 9lbs 2.5ozs! I don't know enough about how fast they grow in this stage, so it certainly not an educated guess!! ;) Good Luck and keep me posted!

I am thinking that the baby will be 8 lbs 15 oz but wishing for 8 lbs :)!!! Maybe you simply have A LOT of fluid in there!!! Here's a wishin'. Can't wait to hear from you and see the newest addition to the Nelson Clan. BTW love the crib. Great choice!
