Some pictures from the past and a good laugh.....

I'm sitting in the office thinking about posting these pictures when I can hear feet in the kitchen and sniffles. Guaranteed it's going to be Jacob......his allergies are still acting up. So I call out his name, in he comes......Jessica and Sarah following. I ask him what's wrong......

Jake: " What does non-toxic mean??"
Me: " Why??"
Jessica:" Because he took my smencil and touched it on his tongue"
Jake: " Sarah did it too!!!"

I'm trying not to laugh at this point.....and tell them to stop horsing around, don't put anything else in their mouths and go to bed. They get back to the kitchen and I jump across the hall to tell Jeff. A few minutes later they are back again.....

Jake: " Well, what does it mean?"
Me: " You aren't going to die. Now go to bed."
Jake to Sarah: " She says we aren't going to die"
Jessica to them both:" I told you guys that, you wouldn't believe me"

I'm still laughing. I wish I had a tape recorder going all the time......the things that I would have to post would have you laughing all the time. On that note.....found these cuties the other day.....I forget how little my kids used to be sometimes.....they grow up too fast!!!

Jacob & Sarah playing hairdresser......

This was Canada Day.....the year we went to Disney....

Georgia was a little under the weather today. Stayed in bed and had a fever. Tonight she asked for Cinderella 3 again.....she gets so excited when you see the castle at the beginning of the Disney movies. She was yelling to me that she could see Cinderella's castle. She then told me that she is going there one day. I asked, "When???" She responded ever so casually, " Saturday".

I hate these conversations......hate them.......in reality will it ever happen while she is in this phase?? Probably not.......unless I have a fairy godmother in my backyard?

Did I mention she didn't like supper last week?? Nope.....wasn't interested.....she had a kabob stick in her hand....went under the table and was waving it saying "Bippity Boppity Boo"....guess she thought she was going to disappear!!! How I love this girl!!!

Very cute, I just shared the conversation with Bran and he had a good laugh! Glad my birthday gift brought laughs into your house. I really hope Miss G will get to go to Disney during this stage... she'd be so adorable!! Fingers crossed someone will give into the offers of some older parents for Miss G's dream!

I love hearing the things that kids say there really is nothing funnier! Why do they have to grow up so fast!!! And Marley had a fever all day yesterday too; she still has it today;( Thank goodness for Motrin!

FYI.....I'm not letting one of my kids go to Disney. That just isn't fair. Yes, they have gone, but would love to go back. That's not how things work in our house....

Okay no need to be mad, because I know that comment is for me, didn't mean for just her, everyone could go again, minus the rest of the extended family, just the grandparents... then it would be fair and Miss G could go! Goodness!
