Valentines Day......

Another Valentines Day has come and gone.....well almost gone. I do know I love seeing all the cute ideas on blogs with all the cute decorations but for me it's just not a holiday that I really get into. I'm married to a great guy but I don't need him to go buy me things or do extra things today to make me feel special. I enjoy doing valentines up with the kids for school and this year I made a special valentine for their teachers as I really like them but that was it. We did get up and have pancakes with strawberries but that's where my excitement ended. I did have plans for a few things for the kids but the day got busy and it didn't happen.

We did end up over at my Mom's as Sarah had a dental appt.....one of many this week.....and Laura had the place looking very festive and fun. The kids enjoyed some treats over there and had lots of fun playing. The big girls stayed the night and will be heading down to Bridgewater tomorrow with Nanny for a sleepover with the twins. I'm sure they are going to LOVE being helpers for the day. I'm hoping to do more dejunking with 2 less in the house :)

Tonight I'm trying to get my Stampin' stuff all together so I can get my order in from club this month. Sale a bration is on right now so it's an easy way to earn free stamps so I can't wait to get my things. I'm already excited for next month as I have some cute easter ideas planned.

The kids are on their 2 week break from school, they don't go back until the 28th. Our schedule is slowly filling up with fun adventures and I think the time might pass sooner then I think it will. Sarah went in for just a filling today but is back to see an oral surgeon Wednesday. She has to get her 4 baby eye teeth pulled before the adult ones grow into the roots of her other permanent teeth. They are growing in the wrong direction so it's not good. My dentist was trying to refer her to another dentist for the work but it's looking like 5-6 months before they can extract so I guess we are going the oral surgeon route. If I can scrape together the $500+ dollars it will cost she will most likely get it done next week. I wonder how she would feel about an IOU from thetooth fairy as she might be a little broke after the teeth come out.......LOL.

Hoping that February is treating everyone well.....it's already half over......hard to believe.....I'll be back tomorrow with a tasty Tuesday recipe.......we have a new curry dish in our house that we LOVE so I might have to share it. Have a great night!!!
