An extra LOOOOOONNNNGGGGG weekend....

So we have had an extra long weekend at our house this week. The kids already had a 3 day weekend due to a school inservice on Friday when their school was broken into on Sunday night. They didn't steal anything.......just emptied fire extinguishers all over the first floor......we are now on day 3 of chemical cleanup......hoping today it will be complete.....at this point I'm not holding my breath. Our February originally had one day off of school and between this and some snowstorms we are on day 6 now. I must say it's been nice not having to be out the door by 8am but I like my quiet I get in the days. The girls have gymnastics today so that will be good for them to get some energy out.

A trip to the playground since they had no school....

Last Friday since Sarah had the day off of school Madison came over to play. They had a fun time together and decorated some yummy cookies. Georgia got another teenie trim of the hair......Sarah had been chewing some gum when it fell out of her mouth right onto Georgia's head. We laughed and took a picture for Daddy to see:)

Cookie decorating with Madison

A happy girl......

The freshly chewed gum.......STUCK!!!!

Not much else going on these days....waiting for winter to end.....reading lots......I just read "New Moon" in the Twilight series.....I read it ALL in a 30 hour period.....it was sooooooooooooooooo good. Ashley is lending me the third one tonight and I can't wait. For anyone who hasn't read I highly recommend. SO GOOD!!!! I'm just dying to know what happens in Eclipse. We are heading to the doctor's tomorrow for checkups.....Georgia's 9 month and Jake's 4 yr. Can't wait to see how big the kids are........will post the stats when we get them!!!

Eclipse is good...I liked it better than New Moon.

I'm so happy that the girls are back to school tomorrow...a break finally for you!! Love the pictures...that one of Georgia is too cute...she's such a pretty girl and I cannot believe that she's getting so close to turning one...it seems like yesterday she was born!! Anyway...great post...chat with you soon!!!!

Ok...so my picks for the girls are Ramiele and Syesha and Brooke...by a long shot! I thought Amanda was horrid, and Carly just bugs me. And Nate thinks Kady looks masculine! Ha! Anyway, so Nate and I went jogging this morning and pushed Cameron in his new jogging stroller. It was so nice!

wow, what a long long long weekend. i miss the days of being a kid and having school cancelled. too bad it wasn't for a very good reason.
oh man that gum incident is funny. it looks like it was in there pretty darn good, like maybe a little drop and then smoosh into the hair!!!

I so want to read the Twilight series...I think it might be an awesome present. I'll ask someone to get it for me!! As for the gum in the hair...HOLY CRAP!! I don't know what I'd do if I had a little girl that had gum in her hair...it's easy for a boy...brush cut!! Hope your March month is full of quiet time and fun! Love reading your blog!!

Did I know that you were reading Twilight? I would think that I would have remembered that since I was obsessed when I read them. I can hardly wait for August 2nd when book #4 comes out.
