It's almost been a week now since my baby girl turned one. Hard to believe that a year has gone by so fast......if only the "extra" weight would disappear like that. So to ring in Georgia's first birthday we did a BIG BBQ......we had lots of salads, hamburgers and
hotdogs......YUMMY!!! We had family and friends over and it was a fun time!! Georgia wasn't too aggressive with her cake....she poked it a little....licked it
abit but that was really it. We gave her an ice cream cone after and she gobbled that up super fast!! She got some beautiful gifts and some fun ones too......thanks goodness she had
siblings and cousins around to help as she hasn't quite gotten into the gift opening yet. She is a mover and a shaker......always has been.....I've never had such an active child as her......so we got her a walker.....a recommendation from her friend Elle......in hoping that she will start walking soon. She can cruise around the house with it so I'm sure it's just a matter of time before she takes off. We look forward to watching her grow up and can't wait to watch her personality grow. I'm sure she is not going to be a dull child......and I'm sure she will be the biggest troublemaker out of all the kids. each other. I don't know how my poor mother survived all our birthdays within 10 days of
each other. I'm glad that we don't have another child's birthday until September. Happy 1st Birthday Miss Georgia!!

I love that kid!! She's a riot. I wish I had been there to see her eat her cake. Oh well, thank goodness for modern technology!! I miss you guys and our movie night. The party seemed to have been a great success. Give the kiddies big hugs and kisses for me, Aunt Lesley
I love that she always has her tongue sticking out...she is such a funny kid and i just her her so much!!! Great post about the party it was a lot of fun and the pictures are GREAT! See you in a little big. Love ya!

I was so pumped to see your comment on my blog...I can't believe you got to it before Karen did haha! Georgia is seriously one of the cutest kids ever. It just seems like she has such a funny, cool personality...if she was 20 years older I feel we'd be good friends. So Karen and I are trying to figure out a day for our Wii gathering...she is doing the next schedule so she's going to work it so that we will be off at the same time and can head over for some fun and games. And thanks for the shout-out!
