The older kids had a blast at Nanny Jackie's today with a trip to the playground, tons of sprinkler time and even some Happy Meals from Pop!!! We rounded out the night on the soccer field and I was happy to see them all crash tonight........we have a busy day tomorrow and are hoping that the sun is out on Friday as we have some bonfire plans. Hope everyone is having a happy summer so far.......check back again soon.....

Strong and steady......4 months old
Cooper and I went to the doctors today.......it was pretty non-eventful for me.....not so much for him as he left with band aids on each leg.......he is slowing down in his effort to catch up in size with his siblings......no doubt he still out weighs most of them at 4 months.....Jacob might have been a few ounces bigger......I'd have to look. Anyhow, he only gained 3/4 of a pound this month.....so he's up to 18 3/4 lb and didn't grow at all so still at 25 1/2 inches. He's still up at the top of the charts and the doctor says he looks great!!! We don't have to go back until 6 months as we have a new doctor now so I'll be anxious to see the change in September. He has rolled a few times, moves like crazy in his crib when you aren't watching and loves to grab what he can. He's sleeping through the night......around 11 hours at a time so I'm actually starting to feel like a normal person again......getting up a couple times a night just isn't my idea of fun!! He's such a happy guy.....we couldn't have asked for better.

Ooh he's such a cutie pie! Can you believe how big our babies are getting?? Good job sleeping so well, Cooper! Allie sleeps 11-hour stretches too! They must have hung out before they were born and planned to be awesome for us!!
he is just so big and cute, you just want to squeeze those chubby cheeks!!! He is the greatest baby!!! Love the shots of the kids in the sprinkler... looks like it was a super fun day!!!
looks like the kids had a fun time in the sprinkler...I loved mine when I was younger! Maybe karington will catch up with Cooper since he's slowed down a bit!
Your kids are amazing! Like Sonja, the sprinkler shots bring back many memories....We LOVED the sprinkler....We played until the grass couldn't absorb any more water lol. Great photography!
He is getting so big!!! Love those cute monthly shots of him!!
What a big guy! I think Marley has a log way to go to catch him! Looks like you guys are having toes of fun!
So fun...I miss the kids sssooo much and you and maybe even a little bit Jeff too. I just want to snuggle with Cooper so bad right now!
Cuddling that big boy of yours is so much fun. The kids are cute as ever.
What cute pictures. I can't believe that Cooper is sleeping 11 hours at night. Ben didn't do that until he was at least 10 months old. You are one lucky lady!
11 hours! Wow. My kids aren't like that until 18 months. Makes me realize how solid Brayden was and how much he grew when I see other babies. For a fun comparison, at 4 months Brayden weighed 18 lbs. and was 27 inches. Very similar to Cooper! Keep in mind though that Brayden was premature and was only 5 lbs 11 oz when born! LOL So he definitely gained A TON in such a short time! Makes me hope that our next baby will be a lot smaller. Mike actually hurt his back last week picking up Brayden. He is just way too big for 2 years old.
